Local IT Administrator

As a key member of the MAHLE Electronics team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure in our Motilla del Palancar location. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of our datacenters, servers, clients, network, mobile and fixed telephony, printers, hardware and software, and WiFi.

• Installing and configuring client computer systems to meet the needs of our team members.
• Maintaining, upgrading, and repairing hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Providing local user helpdesk support to resolve technical issues and improve user experience.
• Ensuring compliance with Microsoft OS and software licensing requirements.
• Conducting network troubleshooting and identifying general network problems to prevent downtime.
• Maintaining all local software and hardware licensing to ensure conformance.
• Active Directory and DHCP maintenance to ensure seamless user authentication and network connectivity.
• Managing the purchasing of inventory related to hardware, software, and other IT supplies.
• Configuring and managing mobile phones with Airwatch.
• Documenting every local process related to IT to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices.

• Master's degree in IT Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Spanish (C1) and English (B2).
• Experience with Windows clients and servers, Office 365, VMware, SharePoint, ISMS, and CISCO.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
