We are seeking a Structural Engineer with expertise in designing and analyzing concrete tower structures. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in DiBT German standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structural design of pre-stressed and post-stressed concrete structures, including high-performance and fiber-reinforced concrete.
  • Employ advanced calculation methods, including numerical and analytical models, to ensure structural integrity.
  • Conduct fatigue design assessments and analyze structural behavior under various conditions.
  • Evaluate dynamic behavior for both cracked and uncracked structures.
  • Adhere to design standards such as DiBT, Eurocodes, and Model Codes.
  • Oversee the execution of concrete structures, ensuring quality control throughout the manufacturing and assembly processes.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about renewable energy and are eager to drive change. The following qualifications are essential:

  • Experience in wind turbine design and operational standards.
  • Proficiency in designing and calculating steel structures, including wind turbine towers and various structural forms.
  • Strong knowledge of dynamic behavior and numerical calculations (FEA).
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes for both steel and concrete structures.
  • Understanding of geotechnical principles and soil-structure interactions.
  • Experience with seismic design and applicable standards.
  • Familiarity with intellectual property considerations and cost analysis.
