Job Title: Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of software development projects and advising project leadership on best practices, timelines, and risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize the flow of value through the Agile Release Train (ART) and support project teams with planning, scheduling, tracking, and managing development deliverables.
  • Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies and ensure the project team is aligned with project goals and objectives.
  • Accountable for identifying, planning, and tracking project documentation deliverables according to Quality System processes and driving excellence in Agile ways of working.
  • Collaborate with SCRUM teams and stakeholders to plan, schedule, and track the delivery of development and design change processes within the Agile framework.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to monitor the status of any dependencies the project team has and drive timely handoffs per project schedule.
Requirements:
  • Ability to create project documentation/reports that are complete, consistent, and usable.
  • Ability to create/edit operating procedures and document work accurately.
  • Ability to plan project components and effectively report status to stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage by and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent time management, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong skills in the use of software development and delivery platforms (such as Jira/ADO).
  • Ability to use an electronic document management system.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills/proactive communicator.
  • Familiarity with regulations and standards such as 21 CFR Part 820 (820.30 Design Control), ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, and IVDR.
