Job Overview
As a key member of our team at Reconocida Empresa, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting performance reviews of direct reports, identifying training needs, and implementing solutions to enhance team performance. This role also involves line management and recruitment of CRAs in collaboration with the recruitment team, as well as contract negotiation and business development responsibilities. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to ensure customer satisfaction and lead a small team based in Spain.
Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in life sciences
* Minimum 5-6 years of monitoring experience as a CRA within a CRO, Pharma, or Biotech company
* At least 1 year of experience as a CRA Manager or Clinical Operations Manager
* Experience in commercial studies
* Fluency in English and Spanish
* Excellent communication skills
* Full clean driver's license
