We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Analyst to join our team at Criteo. As a key member of our Data Governance team, you will play a critical role in defining and implementing our Data Governance Framework to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of our data.
Key Responsibilities- Define and Evolve Data Governance Framework: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our Data Governance Framework, including data policies, roles and responsibilities, data catalog, governance committees, and data quality framework.
- Support Deployment of Framework: Collaborate with business teams and IT to deploy our Data Governance Framework to data domains and data sets, ensuring a proper understanding of data ownership, lineage, and quality.
- Be a Key Point of Contact: Serve as a key point of contact and change agent for Data Governance, supporting the appointment of data owners and stewards, and maintaining the data catalog.
- Support Data Stewards: Assist data stewards in maintaining data quality, including understanding current processes and pain points, defining data quality business rules, and conducting ad-hoc analysis on data quality.
- Education: Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Data Governance Analyst or similar position.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and proficiency in data governance principles, data modeling, data quality/assurance, BI/reporting tools, and SQL.
- Language: Fluent in English.
