Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to management and employees
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Recruit, train, and develop employees to meet business needs
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
- Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives
