Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Alight Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing one or more country implementation projects as part of a large program, with a focus on delivering a defined section within the SuccessFactors environment.
Your Responsibilities:- Manage project deliverables, scope, and expectations, and coordinate project progress with stakeholders and program management.
- Interface independently with all functional and business areas/groups affected by the project.
- Work closely with Resource Managers to ensure adequate allocation of resources to projects.
- Develop and track detailed project plans, including schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans, and issue resolution plans.
- Make project decisions and recommendations to program management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Communicate and report status to program management and all other stakeholders.
- Provide leadership to project teams.
- Employ project management best practice methodologies within a framework that includes process definition, templates, tools, and Alight standards.
- Coach team members to reach common project goals/objectives.
- Identify training needs within project teams.
- Manage project budgets, including estimates created during the funding process, on-going allocation of financial resources, and regular reporting of project financials.
- Ensure customer satisfaction meets agreed targets, taking ownership with the AD to drive improved customer satisfaction at project level.
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure they are within Alight's standard delivery model, and deviations are identified and reported.
- Drive changes to agreed standards/contracts, mitigating any commercial risk.
- Drive improved project performance through continuous improvement and transformation activities.
- Work with third-party providers to deliver contractual commitments.
- At least 4 years' experience in IT-project management with a background in SAP payroll implementation or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Certification in at least two SuccessFactors modules.
- Willingness to travel.
- Vendor management experience.
- Fluent in English (written, spoken,...).
- Experience within the HR-domain.
- Ideally PMP certification or similar (PRINCE2, Agile, SCRUM,...).
- Ideally HR Consulting and/or outsourcing industry experience.
- Leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural/international environment.
- Ability to interpret and prioritize multiple, potentially conflicting requirements.
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong risk analysis and capacity to develop efficient and effective mitigation plans.

- Ideally leadership experience in implementing specific solutions at various customers.
- Implemented/led a technology solution through all project phases several times.
- Combine methodology to new approaches as a response to customer needs.
- Fluent English.
