Quality Engineering Role

The Automation Engineer plays a vital part in our Agile team, working closely with the QA community to ensure high-quality deliveries. Their primary focus is to identify and resolve issues before code is promoted to our Live environment, ensuring our customers receive quality products that meet their needs.

We're looking for a skilled professional to transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. The ideal candidate will have expertise in quality processes, tools, and methodologies, with a strong focus on automation and innovative testing approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, or other tools
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Design and implement efficient testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliveries
  • Work closely with the QA community to share knowledge and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of testing and quality tools and techniques, including Test Automation
  • Experience with release management, CD/CI pipeline, and version control systems like Git
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work methodically and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in API testing with soapUi and Postman, and CI/CD tools like Gitlab and Jenkins
