The Sales Support Intern will engage closely with key advertising sectors, offering a unique opportunity to explore the digital landscape. This role focuses on delivering daily assistance to the Sales Team to achieve revenue objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and communication skills, utilizing problem-solving abilities and creativity to deliver effective solutions for clients. As content marketing evolves, the capacity to educate and guide clients on best practices is a valuable asset.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Sales and Business Development team, including lead generation, management, and communication with prospective clients.
  • Engage in cold calling to enhance interpersonal and soft skills.
  • Foster enduring business-to-business relationships by understanding client needs.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to contract management.
  • Aid the sales team in preparing proposals, sales documents, and tailored offerings for clients.
  • Follow up on campaigns to ensure successful delivery.
  • Initiate new strategies to drive additional business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team during client events and in-person meetings.

Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of experience in digital sales, growth, or agency environments.
  • Proficient in English and a native Spanish speaker.
  • Passion for the digital media sector, including publishers, agencies, and brands.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Confident telephone communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on enhancing customer relationships.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
