We are currently seeking a dedicated and innovative Quality Assurance Project Leader to join our expanding Technology Team in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the quality department's implementation team during the launch of new products and services, ensuring alignment and focus among all internal teams towards project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a project governance framework: Ensure projects are prioritized according to business goals, with the right stakeholders informed to facilitate effective decision-making. Monitor project timelines and budgets while conducting ongoing risk assessments.
  • Generate management reports detailing project progress, milestone statuses, and risk mitigation strategies, along with operational efficiency metrics.
  • Strategically plan and allocate resources, eliminating inefficiencies by creating a unified resource plan that provides visibility into capacity and availability.
  • Enhance and automate workflows to drive performance improvements, assessing and redesigning processes for optimal project execution.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and the reuse of project insights.
  • Foster collaboration and communication within the team and with various stakeholders involved in project execution.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s in Telecommunications.
  • Over 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in launching new products and services.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (SAFE, Scrum) with relevant certifications being advantageous.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Office 365 and the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence).
  • Fluent in English, suitable for an international work environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a high level of drive and commitment to delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards relationship building.
  • Self-reflective and honest, with a capacity to challenge both the team and oneself.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain focus on objectives.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
