At DuPont, we're committed to delivering sustainable solutions that bring real purpose and value. As a key member of our Global Water Technology Center in Tarragona, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing analytical techniques for water analysis and membrane performance.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Apply advanced analytical techniques, including ion chromatography and Optical Emission Spectroscopy with induced coupled plasma, to analyze inorganic constituents in water samples.
- Develop and implement methods for analyzing organic constituents in water samples using gas and liquid chromatography mass spectrometry.
- Support the analytical team in daily activities, including pH, conductivity, alkalinity, and other water-related techniques.
- Design and execute experiments to develop new methods and improve existing ones.
- Interpret and present data to stakeholders, using statistical tools to identify patterns and relationships.
- Contribute to the development of scientific excellence in reporting and documentation.
- Minimum Vocational Degree in Analysis and Quality Control or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Environmental Sciences.
- Background in analytical techniques and water treatment technologies is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multinational environment.
