About the Role

SoftwareOne is seeking an exceptional Digital Sales Team Leader to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Digital Sales Hub, you will play a vital role in driving our revenue growth and leading our sales teams to achieve their targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a team of 10-15 digital sales Account Managers to achieve sales targets and quotas.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.
  • Conduct analysis of KPIs to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  • Set and track sales targets, and drive SME sales and customer relationships to achieve individual quota.
  • Effectively engage solution architects to drive customer outcomes and maintain and implement best-in-class tools and processes.
  • Act as the point of escalation from the team and own quota of sales team reporting.
  • Foster a collaborative environment between sales, marketing, and alliances teams to maximize the effectiveness of lead generation and customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in digital sales role.
  • 3+ experience managing digital sales teams.
  • Proven ability to drive sales processes from plan to close.
  • Strong leadership skills including coaching and people development, client relationships, and conflict management.
  • Knowledge of enterprise technology and sales forecasting and data analytics.
  • Enthusiasm for technology sales and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Fluent in French, English, and German.
