About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U. in Barcelona, ESP. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute daily same-day or next-day volume and capacity planning to optimize delivery routes and monitor volume flow, affecting tens of thousands of packages at EU level.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date statistics, management reports, and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to maintain Amazon's exceptionally high levels of service, both for customers and suppliers, and facilitate the flow of information between stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues that impact business continuity.
  • Conduct research into process improvement initiatives and take real-time decisions to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Ability to understand and manage Excel data reports and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in using multiple software platforms simultaneously to produce accurate outputs.
  • B2/C1 English level.
  • Weekends flexibility.
  • Availability to adapt to night shift pattern.
  • Working experience on programming and coding languages (SQL or Python).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a Logistics or Transportation environment.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to remain level-headed in unexpected or unplanned situations.
