About the Role

The Revenue Growth Consultant will be a key member of the Revenue Growth team at SiteMinder, responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of add-on products to existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Demand Plus and Pay, our innovative add-on products, to existing SiteMinder customers.
  • Build awareness and demonstrate the value proposition of Demand Plus and Pay to hoteliers.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline, from introduction to activation and providing guidance on product usage.
  • Bring market intelligence back into the organization, sharing competitive threats and ideas for overcoming recurring objections.
  • Advocate for the value proposition and ROI of Demand Plus and Pay internally and externally.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of full-cycle sales experience in the tech or hotel/hospitality industry.
  • Fluent in German (minimum C2 level).
  • Full working proficiency in English.
  • Confident phone presence and writing skills to prepare accurate sales quotes and proposals.
  • Proactive and able to manage a sales pipeline.
  • High level of interpersonal skills and ability to work in a highly collaborative manner.
