About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Specialist to join our team at The Moderate Genius. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex automation workflows using Zapier, Integromat, and other tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automation workflows to streamline business processes and improve client outcomes
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation workflows
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation and workflow management
  • Contribute to the development of new automation solutions and workflows
Requirements
  • Proven experience in automation and workflow management using Zapier, Integromat, and other tools
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
