**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team at Amaris Consulting. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and automation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Groovy to automate deployment and testing processes.
- Ensure monitoring and logging are in place to detect and respond to events in a timely manner.
- Provide daily support and troubleshooting for technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage technical demands and ensure project delivery on time and within scope.
- Develop and maintain container images for container systems like ECS.
- Configure CI/CD pipelines to automate the promotion of new releases to higher environments.
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in cloud infrastructure and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Groovy, and other DevOps tools.
- Proficient in DevOps and Continuous Integration (CI/CD) practices.
- Knowledge of Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Good grasp of branching, merging, tagging, and maintaining version control.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory) and Spanish (nice to have).
- Experience working with Agile methodology.
- Experience working with the Atlassian stack (Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence).
