Job Summary

A Senior Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales growth through effective salesmanship techniques and ensuring compliance with cashiering processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cash, credit, and e-wallet sales transactions, and immediately report sales discrepancies to the Store Head.
  • Ensure adherence to cashiering processes and procedures, and conduct banking transactions such as credit card verification and cash sales deposits in the absence of a Store Head.
  • Submit daily store operations reports, including sales, inventory, and other qualitative reports, as needed.
  • Conduct store inventory and provide reports to ensure healthy stock levels on a weekly basis.
  • Perform periodic store inventory counts, accurately report inventory variances and losses, and resolve issues and concerns.
  • Implement daily compliance to the Nimbly checklist in the store, and report immediately on store equipment needing maintenance or repair.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a 4-year business-related course.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the same capacity, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Applications.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Good understanding of business goals and standards for customer service.
  • Ability to solve problems and prioritize tasks effectively.
