Overview
The Integration Functional Consultant plays a pivotal role in overseeing, enhancing, and supporting IT solutions that align with business operations, particularly through the development and management of integrations and APIs utilizing Mulesoft. This role necessitates close collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions that leverage technology and optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage change requests for regional applications, ensuring compliance with regional change management protocols and internal control standards. Support the evolution of existing models and application frameworks.
- Analyze, implement, and monitor technical solutions that align with agreed business processes while adhering to established governance, guidelines, and policies.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions within budget and quality parameters, promoting effective prioritization of tasks.
- Embrace new challenges with urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with business stakeholders.
- Proactively address complex issues and take decisive action on challenges without excessive planning.

Position Requirements
- A university degree in computer science, engineering, administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in integration technologies (SAP PO, HCI) and at least 3 years of experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Strong technical expertise in various components of the Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint API Platform, Enterprise Service Bus, and Messaging Queues.
- Advanced knowledge of communication protocols, API development, web services (SOAP/REST), security, Java development, and databases.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and GitHub for development and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with AWS and ELK Platform; UX experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated persistence in achieving objectives despite challenges and setbacks.
- Experience in systems design and development, from business requirements analysis to daily management.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing resource needs and enjoy multitasking while applying organizational knowledge to advance multiple goals.
- Collaborative mindset, working effectively with others to achieve shared objectives.
- Experience working with third-party providers, including offshore and nearshore teams.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, Arabic, or German is advantageous.

- Highly motivated with a keen attention to detail.
