Job Title: Interior Designer

Luxe Talent, una società di consulenza internazionale di reclutamento e formazione specializzata in moda, lusso, retail e FMCG, sta cercando un Interior Designer per un cliente in forte crescita.

Responsabilità:
  • Sviluppare e implementare progetti creativi per nuove boutique e ristrutturazioni che incarnino l'identità e gli standard del brand.
  • Creare layout efficienti e esteticamente accattivanti per boutique, corner e display in-store, garantendo un flusso cliente ottimale e la massima visibilità dei prodotti.
  • Selezionare materiali, arredi e finiture di alta qualità che si allineino all'immagine del brand, bilanciando estetica e funzionalità.
  • Supervisionare l'intero processo di design, dalla concezione alla realizzazione, coordinando fornitori, contractor e team interni per rispettare scadenze e budget.
  • Collaborare con i team marketing e merchandising per garantire che tutti gli ambienti retail riflettano le collezioni di fragranze e i lanci stagionali, mantenendo coerenza con l'immagine del brand.
  • Lavorare a stretto contatto con i visual merchandiser per garantire che gli allestimenti e la disposizione dei mobili migliorino l'esperienza del cliente e stimolino le vendite.
  • Rimanere aggiornato sulle ultime tendenze nel design d'interni retail.
Requisiti:
  • Laurea in Interior Design, Architettura o in un campo correlato.
  • Esperienza comprovata (3-4 anni) nel design retail.
  • Portfolio di progetti retail che mostri un focus sulla creazione di esperienze cliente coinvolgenti.
  • Ottima conoscenza di software di design (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Forte attenzione ai dettagli, creatività e comprensione dell'estetica di lusso.
  • Eccellenti capacità comunicative e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.
  • Conoscenza Fluente della lingua inglese. Altre lingue saranno considerate un Plus.
