Job Title: Consolidation Director

Michael Page is seeking a highly skilled Consolidation Director to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the group's consolidated financial reporting and ensuring compliance with IFRS/SGAAP regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain group financial and reporting policies, providing guidance on complex accounting topics.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare consolidated reports for senior leadership and the Board, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Compliance and Audit: Monitor IFRS/SGAAP compliance and coordinate with external auditors for interim and year-end audits.
  • People Management: Lead, coach, and develop a team of reporting and consolidation professionals, fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with tax and treasury functions to provide IFRS expertise for new requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in group reporting and consolidation.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/SGAAP regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
