About the Role

As a Principal 2D Game Artist, you will be responsible for guiding the art direction for our new IPs, creating distinctive art style guides, and contributing directly as a hands-on artist. You will work closely with our game development team to bring your vision to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the mobile F2P gaming market
  • Guide the art direction for new IPs, creating art style guides and contributing directly as a hands-on artist
  • Work closely with the game development team to bring your vision to life
  • Collaborate with the art team to ensure consistency and quality in all aspects of game art
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in 2D video game art, with expertise in mobile
  • Experience at multiple stages of development, ideally pre-production to launch
  • Concept art creation and the ability to align the team on a unique vision
  • Excellent character and environment design skills
  • Bonus: hands-on experience with game engines, creating UI assets and textures, modeling, or animation
