AI Model Observability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Model Observability Engineer to join our team at Moody's Investors Service. As a key member of our tech team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of our existing AI models.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain AI Model Integrity: Ensure the stability and functionality of the current AI model, preventing new iterations from causing disruptions.
- Monitor System Performance: Detect unusual patterns (hallucinations) that may indicate errors or anomalies, and implement solutions to address bottlenecks and maintain data consistency.
- Develop Performance Tracking Systems: Create and implement systems for tracking AI model performance and behavior, and maintain logging infrastructure to capture relevant data for analysis.
- Configure Alert Systems: Configure and manage alert systems to detect anomalies and performance degradation, and analyze metrics to identify optimization opportunities and scalability challenges.
- Implement Solutions: Propose and implement solutions to address performance issues and ensure scalability in system design, and create and maintain datasets and prompts for analyzing the application's behavior.
- Ensure Data Consistency: Ensure consistency of data across different releases to maintain model integrity.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in AI model development and maintenance, with strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Langchain, Langsmith.
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, etc.
- QA Automation and DevOps: Experience with QA automation and DevOps practices, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
