Your Role in Our Mission

As a Principal End Point Engineer, you'll play a critical role in facilitating our patient-focused mission by developing and enhancing technological solutions. Your expertise and commitment will help us deliver innovative products and services that transform the lives of our patients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams, overseeing technical IT aspects of related activities.
  • Lead infrastructure and/or systems evaluation, testing, and proof of concepts; lead maintenance and upgrade activities on IT infrastructure and/or applications.
  • Lead the evaluation and recommendation of new product and/or service offerings, serving as a technical lead on implementation, including performing vendor management functions.
  • Serve as the technical lead in the design and build of systems.
  • Lead RASP initiatives (reliability, availability, scalability, and performance).
  • Resolve problems by performing root cause analysis and developing and leading the implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
  • Provide technical expertise and business requirements gathering sessions through interfacing with members of the business.
  • Author device, network, and/or systems diagrams, including configuration parameters.
  • Provide training, coaching, and knowledge transfer to team members.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting of issues/incidents.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal End Point Engineer who possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a technical field and at least 6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Network, IT Infrastructure System, or Enterprise Applications. JAMF Pro 100 certification is required, and expertise in MacOS, Microsoft Intune, and SCCM is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • JAMF Pro 200+ certification is preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of bash scripting or other programming languages used for automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent understanding of troubleshooting techniques with the ability to adapt and learn new technologies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple problems simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer-focused skills.
  • Experience drafting technical documentation.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of optimizing technical solutions across multiple technologies, working closely with vendors and in-house architects to design, test, and implement strategic solutions.
  • Strict attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
