Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Global Security Operations to join our team at Straumann Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the security operations function and ensuring the delivery of information security operations elements of our information security strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the SOC partnership with an external service provider to perform information security monitoring and threat analysis.
  • Own the security incident management program and serve as the primary contact between the SOC and internal security response teams for information security incidents.
  • Develop and implement technical IT security baselines and remediation plans.
  • Provide leadership, motivation, and oversight to a globally distributed technical team.
  • Define and embed a culture of highly visible, responsive, and effective service provision with the SOC provider.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, cyber security, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position with at least 10 years of experience in Information/Application Security.
  • Various security certifications such as ECIH, GCIH, CISA, and CISSP.
  • ITIL Foundation certification/knowledge is mandatory.
  • ISO27001, PCI-DSS, and SOC2 knowledge is a must.
