Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Otis. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our elevator systems and providing exceptional customer service.

• Supervise and coordinate a team of technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with our engineering team to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or operations role.
• Strong technical knowledge of elevator systems and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
