Job Title: Data Platform Engineer

At Admiral Seguros, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Platform Engineer to join our team. As a Data Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our data infrastructure, ensuring the security and integrity of our data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data pipelines to ensure high-quality and efficient data processing
  • Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize machine learning models within our data platform
  • Work closely with the data architect to ensure development aligns with the target architecture
  • Deploy and maintain the data platform, ensuring high availability and performance
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, ensuring minimal downtime
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of data infrastructure, cloud security, and DevOps practices
  • Experience with cloud services, such as AWS, and containerization using Docker
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, Java, and SQL
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence tools, such as Microstrategy and Quicksight
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
