We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our Global Clinical Development team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional gathering of information for the project Risk Register, ensuring compliance with all organization policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory and project specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and elevate the leadership skills of the 1st and 2nd level People Manager team within Global Clinical Operations through direct supervision and mentoring.
- Implement flexible operational strategy that can be adjusted to fit custom client needs.
- Serve in a client leadership role as the EMEA Region Lead, providing oversight for the region.
- Develop & implement recruiting, hiring and resourcing strategy for Clinical Operations FSP.
- Support the growth in 2024 across FSP Clinical Operations.
