Welcome to Work International, a leading provider of contact center services. We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Barcelona.

About the Role:

You will become a specialist advisor for Danish companies in relation to their online advertising campaigns, with the opportunity to have a significant impact on their business. You will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team increasing the Client customer base across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for Danish companies
  • Provide expert advice on online advertising campaigns
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify areas of growth and improve business performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Native level of Danish
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 months-1 year of experience in advertising, PPC campaigns
  • 6 months-1 year of experience in outbound sales (preferably B2B)
  • A team player with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising, with a desire to learn and develop

What We Offer:

  • Full-time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday)
  • Permanent Contract
  • Salary conditions: from 23,876.19€ up to 30,000€ gross/year
  • Sales bonus package: up to 3,407.96€ gross/year
  • Hybrid working model in Barcelona
