About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud specialist to join our API Platform Team at MediaMarkt España. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cloud-native setups, implementing Infra-as-Code, and ensuring DevSecOps best practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and develop cloud-native applications and infrastructure
  • Implement Infra-as-Code using cloud platforms (GCP preferred, Azure nice to have)
  • Ensure DevSecOps best practices are followed
  • Automate API Management processes with GitOps
  • Participate in API strategies, implementation, and governance
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams on API development

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud specialist with experience in cloud-native applications, Infra-as-Code, and DevSecOps. You should have a strong background in cloud platforms, programming languages, and API protocols.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience with cloud-native applications and infrastructure
  • Good experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, Azure nice to have)
  • Familiarity with Infra-as-Code and DevSecOps best practices
  • Strong background in programming languages (e.g. TypeScript, Python)
  • Experience with API protocols (e.g. SOAP, REST, GraphQL)
  • Good knowledge of system architectures, network protocols, and operating systems
