Siemen Gamesa is a global leader in the wind industry, and we are seeking a talented Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our LCS Module, you will be responsible for developing new technologies, managing time, cost, and quality of projects, and leading a team of experienced project managers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage project deliverables in accordance with SGRE processes
  • Lead the LCS project team and act as main interface between Turbine Platform organization and the module
  • Resource planning and alignment with LCS Management
  • Status and risk reporting to all relevant stakeholders
  • Technical cross-functional coordination (within LCS and cross modules)

Requirements:

  • Proven project management experience
  • Engineering degree and 5 years + relevant work experience
  • Preferrable background in the wind turbine design environment, especially in the LCS disciplines
  • Capability to coordinate technology projects within a multinational matrix organization
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in written
  • Energetic self-driven, pro-active and outgoing team player
