Your Responsibilities

The Lead Consultant for Transformation Initiatives is tasked with spearheading and executing transformation projects throughout the organization, collaborating closely with business leaders to generate value aligned with the SD Worx Strategy. This role requires a commitment to making a significant impact by proposing innovative solutions to the organization. The projects may include strategic planning, implementing large-scale organizational changes, integrating new acquisitions, and fostering growth in emerging teams.

This position will serve as a critical oversight role, ensuring that we prioritize the most impactful initiatives across the organization. The Lead Consultant must be adaptable and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Business or Engineering, complemented by an MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a strategic or management consulting role is preferred.
  • Proven experience in engaging with senior management.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated business insight with the ability to formulate strategies and think creatively.
  • Excellent relationship management skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership within the Transformation Office, collaborating with the business to successfully deliver change initiatives that focus on growth, enhancing customer experience, boosting productivity, increasing engagement, and optimizing costs.
  • Introduce innovative solutions to the organization, leveraging expertise and knowledge of business principles to formulate actionable recommendations.
  • Develop long-term strategies that maximize the impact for SD Worx.
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment by bringing together all relevant parties and motivating them to take necessary actions.
  • Oversee project timelines, proactively identifying roadblocks and proposing alternatives.
  • Act as a change leader and role model within the organization, consistently focusing on the continuous improvement of processes, personnel, and tools.
  • Maintain effective stakeholder management and transparent reporting to facilitate informed decision-making.
