Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving comprehensive marketing strategies and supporting the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Campaign Development
Collaborate with the Demand Generation Manager to support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals.
Content CreationWork closely with the Content Creation Manager to generate engaging content across diverse platforms, including blogs, social media, and marketing collateral.
Brand ManagementAssist in maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice, ensuring that all marketing materials align with the company's brand identity.
Event PlanningPlan and execute industry events, webinars, and virtual conferences, coordinating logistics, promotional materials, and post-event analysis to ensure successful outcomes.
Marketing Budget ManagementAssist in the development and management of marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment for marketing activities.
Market ResearchConduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer needs, providing insights to inform strategic marketing decisions.
Performance AnalysisMonitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
CollaborationCollaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives, fostering positive relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
Requirements- Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
SkillsVersatility in executing various marketing functions, including content creation, event coordination, and digital marketing, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
EducationRelevant education or certification in marketing or a related field.
LanguageFluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
