Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects throughout their life cycle, from client request to manufacturing and serial delivery of the product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality objectives.
  • Monitor project phases and identify potential issues to mitigate risks.
  • Manage project incidents and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Engineering or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or management in the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of project and quality management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
