**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of Onboard & Urban Signalling projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plan and manage the complete execution of projects from transfer to close-out, in line with Contract/Program Charter requirements.
  • Lead a Project Team, including Core Team and when applicable Project Managers of internal and external partners, in line with the project structure.
  • Perform project management and contract administration according to Alstom Project Management Manual (PMM), including proactive risk and opportunity management, and in full compliance with E&C rules.
  • Ensure completion of Project/Program Performance goals to meet business objectives and customer/Platform satisfaction.
  • Manage the situation of the project/program and its KPIs, and report to senior management, with transparency during business/sector project reviews or PRB.
  • Represent Alstom towards Customers and when applicable external stakeholders (Consortium, JV...)
  • EHS: Accountable for the proper implementation of the Alstom policy and Customer/Platform requirements by all stakeholders (internal & external) including suppliers and contractors.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the transportation or signalling industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
