Key Responsibilities:- Implement product marketing strategies in assigned areas, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with global product marketing strategy.
- Achieve product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed.
- Focus on achievement of orders and driving continuous improvement in the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Execute annual marketing plans in collaboration with relevant division and/or product groups.
- Develop business plans focused on driving business development for defined markets.
- Immersed in product marketing management framework tools and the Medium Voltage market.
- At least two years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Sales.
- Passionate about collaboration, curiosity, self-awareness, openness to travel, and leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Valid Spanish Work Permit.
