Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Buyer to join our team at Bright Horizons. As a Junior Buyer, you will be responsible for managing procurement processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, and building strong relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive compliant procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage facility management contracts, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing risks.
  • Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Participate in supplier selection and contracting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage projects and call for tenders, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • **Education**: Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • **Language**: English: negotiation level.
  • **Skills**: Analytical and problem-solving skills, team spirit, and ability to work in complex and international environments.
