About the Team

Our dynamic global Enterprise Architects team within the SAP Customer Services & Delivery board partners with regional teams to drive digital transformation using cutting-edge SAP technologies. We support customer engagements globally, focusing on board-mandated and critical situations.

Your Future Role

As a Chief Enterprise Architect, you'll develop a comprehensive enterprise architecture model for our customers, aligning with their goals. You'll collaborate with virtual account teams, lead activities such as guiding customers through their cloud journey, providing enterprise architecture guidance, and supporting adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through their cloud journey, focusing on adopt and derive, starting with Enterprise archetypes and scaling digitally.
  • Provide enterprise architecture guidance using RISE with SAP methodology and Clean Core principles.
  • Act as the Transformation Partner for the CIO or other CxO, driving architecture effectiveness.
  • Support adoption, identifying and mitigating technical adoption risks.
  • Align customers and partners with SAP's Clean Core strategy, accelerate BTP adoption, and promote SAP best practices.
  • Provide customer context to all teams, enhancing customer proximity and experience.
  • Articulate the value of the designed target architecture and possible intermediate/transition steps.
Requirements

You'll need extensive experience delivering enterprise business transformation projects and aligning customer priorities with target architecture and roadmap.
