Key Responsibilities of the Sales Team Leader

  • Enhance your sales team through consistent feedback, coaching, and sharing of best practices.
  • Build a robust product sales pipeline to achieve projected revenue goals.
  • Analyze and provide insights on competitor offerings and market demands.
  • Utilize Clari and Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Confidently devise go-to-market strategies for your designated territories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Pre-Sales, Partner Sales, Account Executives, Regional Directors, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

  • You possess several years of experience in enterprise technology sales.
  • You have previously managed a team of Commercial Sales Executives.
  • You are systematic, action-driven, and results-focused.
  • You have familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology.
  • You are adept at building and mentoring a team of successful sales professionals.
  • You have a solid understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, qualification, presentations, and closing using a structured approach.
  • You have a proven track record of generating sales revenue through acquiring new clients.
  • You bring extensive experience in consultative selling techniques for managing sales cycles (e.g., Challenger Sales, MEDDIC).
  • You have a history of consistently closing business opportunities and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • You are confident in achieving revenue and performance objectives.
