As a Supply Chain Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless supply of essential equipment to our riders, partners, and Dmarts, in alignment with the anticipated demand for our products and services.

Your Mission

  • Develop advanced forecasting models that accurately predict demand patterns, incorporating insights from various departments to ensure the availability of rider and partner equipment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to foster a cohesive supply chain strategy, driving cost-efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Craft and execute supply plans that prioritize timely procurement of necessary equipment, coordinating with vendors and managing inventory levels.
  • Address and resolve demand-related challenges promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruptions to our operations.
  • Manage and optimize the supply chain budget, tracking key performance indicators and reporting on supply chain performance.
  • Explore innovative strategies to boost supply chain performance, enhancing inventory turnover and minimizing slow-moving items.

What You Will Bring to the Table

  • 4-6 years of experience in supply chain or operations, with a strong background in demand planning or similar roles.
  • Experience working with warehouses and parcel logistics providers, with a solid understanding of inventory management practices.
  • Exceptional mathematical and statistical skills, with the ability to multitask and navigate a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for problem-solving and collaboration.
  • High level of interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive operations mindset, always seeking to optimize and innovate processes.
  • Professional proficiency in English, with proficiency in Google Sheets and familiarity with Power BI & SQL and Odoo.
