Senior Mechanical Quantity Surveyor

Estamos buscando un profesional experimentado para unir nuestro equipo de construcción de centros de datos en Bélgica.
Funciones y responsabilidades:
- Validar la oferta tras la adjudicación del proyecto con el director del proyecto.
- Ayudar en la preparación del proyecto de captura y almacenamiento de carbono mediante el análisis de la licitación y los requisitos del proyecto.
- Preparar el cash flow analizando el momento de facturación y los costos.
- Elaborar informes mensuales de acuerdo con los procedimientos estándar del Grupo.
- Llevar a cabo mediciones en obra con los equipos de construcción y planificación de acuerdo con los procedimientos contractuales.
- Presentar reclamaciones, cuando oportuno, de acuerdo con las disposiciones del contrato.
- Alertar de puntos de desviación relacionados con los costos del contrato, las ventas, etc.
- Asistir a las reuniones comerciales y de subcontratistas mensuales.
- Encargarse de la comunicación previa y posterior al contrato de acuerdo con el Director del Proyecto.
- Identificar si las compras de materiales están en línea con el presupuesto.
- Garantizar el control de la facturación del cliente mediante la presentación de facturas y el seguimiento del pago, etc.
- Administrar los pagos a subcontratistas y proveedores de acuerdo a los términos de sus contratos.
- Servir de enlace estrecho con el Departamento Financiero en materia de informes y finanzas del proyecto.
- Resolver disputas en relación con problemas de clientes/subcontratistas.
- Elaborar informes sobre temas comerciales y contractuales para los directores de Proyecto y Comercial.
- Supervisar las compras en obra al recibir informes periódicos.
Requisitos y experiencia:
- 2-5 años de experiencia en un puesto similar.
- Título de arquitecto técnico, aparejador o similar.
- La experiencia en centros de datos es deseable pero no esencial.

Inglés alto (C1)
Contrato:
Contrato indefinido a tiempo completo.
Rotaciones 17/4.Salario muy competitivo (alojamiento y transporte proporcionados y dietas).
