About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Financial Systems Manager to join our team at Help Me Settle Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Workday Financials system.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Administration: Manage and maintain the Workday Financials system, including configuration, integrations, security, and data integrity to ensure a well-controlled and documented system environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide day-to-day technical expertise to support and troubleshoot for Workday Financials users.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with finance and other departments to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday Financials.
  • System Performance: Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Audits and Reviews: Participate in system audits and assist with resolving any identified issues, including reviews with external auditors.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Workday Financials systems accountant.
  • Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
  • Workday Skills: Proficiency in Workday Financials modules, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Workday Certification: Workday certification in Financials (preferred).
