Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and talented professional to join our team as a Tax Manager in our Madrid office. As a key member of our tax team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tax strategies to ensure compliance with all tax matters.
Key Responsibilities- Tax Returns at Spanish Level
- Calculate and prepare CIT returns for all Spanish companies
- Review monthly/quarterly/yearly tax returns for VAT, PITR, NRIT, GICIT, Plastic Tax, and other WHT returns
- Monitor and review local taxes
- Control and follow up on VAT information (SII vs SAP)
- Tax Returns at International Level
- Review CIT returns for Deoleo's global subsidiaries
- Review VAT tax returns for Deoleo Global to be filed in the Netherlands and Switzerland
- Monitor and review UK tax returns for Deoleo UK and Deoleo Financial
- Control and follow up on uploading tax returns for all companies into Sharepoint
- Actions with Spanish Tax Authorities
- Review, prepare, and file tax requirements requested by Spanish tax authorities
- Provide support in Spanish tax audits and coordinate with local teams in case of tax audits
- Other Tasks
- Analyze and comply with formal tax requirements for dividends
- Comply with tax matters regarding Pilar II and CbCR
- Prepare evidence for SCIIF purposes
- Prepare CIT paid in each jurisdiction for EINF purposes
- Expertise and tax background
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to see the overall picture
