Senior Consultant - Talent Development

Buscamos un Senior Consultant con experiencia en Desarrollo de Talento para unir nuestra equipo en Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

  1. Asesorar a los candidatos en todas las fases de su proyecto de búsqueda para asegurar que disponen de las herramientas y recursos necesarios para trabajar en su estrategia.
  2. Impartir seminarios y realizar consultorías individuales/grupales en formato virtual y/o presencial.
  3. Alinear el asesoramiento con la metodología LHH y adaptar a la tipología de los diferentes colectivos.
  4. Garantizar la calidad en el servicio de consultoría.
  5. Captar ofertas e información que ayuden en la recolocación del colectivo.
  6. Mantener la información actualizada en la herramienta de gestión interna de la Compañía.
  7. Realizar informes en el formato definido por el Project Manager.

Requisitos

  1. Grado en Psicología u otras licenciaturas afines.
  2. Experiencia de 5 a 8 años en áreas de Recursos Humanos, Empresas de Consultoría, Headhunter y ETT.
  3. Nivel alto de inglés.
