About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Boundless Life. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our apartments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the cleanliness and functionality of our apartments, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Lead and manage the housekeeping team, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure apartments are consistently up to standard.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and feedback.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local housekeeping agencies to support peak seasons.
  • Manage housekeeping processes, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Evaluate the quality of work and ensure our standards are consistently met.
  • Conduct regular apartment checks to ensure they are fully furnished and meet our inventory standards.
  • Manage product supply for housekeeping and linen, as well as upkeep for our Education Center and Hub.
  • Develop and implement laundry processes, including monthly linen stocktakes.
  • Implement and manage our Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP) for all apartments, Education Center, and Hub.
  • Manage apartment check-in and check-out processes, including welcome packages and onboarding meetings with families.
  • Ensure cost management and efficiency, meeting our budget targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, housekeeping management, or a related field.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry with customer interaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Great organizational skills to manage multiple requests and priorities.
  • Experience in managing teams and third-party services.
  • Direct experience in housekeeping and maintenance issue resolution.
  • Creativity and resourcefulness in solving complex problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
