We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Coordinator to join our Global Planning Team at DSM Nutritional Products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and centralizing master data activities within the business unit, ensuring alignment with group planning data owners and deploying standards correctly.
Key Responsibilities- Master Data Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for Master Data related activities, ensuring standards are aligned with group planning data owners and deployed correctly in the Taste business unit.
- Task Coordination: Collaborate with BU data responsibles to coordinate tasks and reviews to ensure a correct Master Data setup.
- Task Execution: Centralize the execution of various Master Data tasks that would be more efficient to be handled by this new role, while ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
- Initiative Development: Propose and execute new initiatives to improve Master Data coordination, monitoring, issue identification, and resolution.
- Best Practices Harmonization: Ensure Master Data best practices are harmonized across regions and within the global team.
- Project Participation: Participate in various planning-related projects to ensure BU requirements are captured and new ways of working are adopted by stakeholders.
- User Story Gathering: Gather new user stories that could imply significant and quantifiable value to planning accuracy, processes, automations, or tool usability.
- KPI Monitoring: Monitor and quantify global Master Data effectiveness KPIs to valorize the impact of initiatives.
