Como consultor/a de ventas de Dynamics 365, será responsable de guiar a nuestros clientes a través del proceso de implementación de Dynamics 365 CE (Ventas, Customer Insight, Atención al Cliente). Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el Project Manager para asegurar que los proyectos se entreguen dentro del alcance, el tiempo y el presupuesto establecidos.

Funciones clave:

  1. Interacción con los clientes para comprender sus necesidades comerciales y técnicas. Documentación y traducción de estos requerimientos en especificaciones claras para el equipo técnico.
  2. Configuración y personalización de Dynamics 365 CE según las necesidades específicas de cada cliente.
  3. Garantía de que las soluciones sean eficientes y cumplan con las mejores prácticas.
  4. Formación y soporte: Capacitación de los usuarios finales en el uso de Dynamics 365 CE. Provisión de soporte post-implementación para resolver problemas y optimizar la adopción del sistema.
Requisitos:
  1. Experiencia previa como Consultor Dynamics 365 Sales o en roles similares.
  2. Conocimiento sólido de Dynamics 365 Sales.
  3. Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y capacidad para trabajar en equipos multidisciplinarios.
  4. Familiaridad con metodologías de gestión de proyectos.
  5. Se valorará Inglés hablado y escrito.
  6. Se valorarán conocimientos de los módulos de Customer Insight (marketing) y Customer Manager.
  7. Se valorarán conocimientos de Power Platform.
