We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Sener, specializing in the transport and installation of offshore wind projects. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the coordination and delivery of engineering services for offshore wind projects, requiring a comprehensive understanding of the offshore wind sector and exceptional multitasking and flexibility skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support contract strategy discussions and provide market overviews.
- Develop installation schedules for the construction phase and engage with local ports to determine infrastructure upgrade requirements.
- Assess design considerations, including equipment, noise mitigation, and innovative installation methodologies.
- Define vessel specifications for the installation of floating wind turbines, mooring pre-lay, and cable designs.
- Deliver technical due diligence assignments and take a project role in the T&I package, managing package interfaces, program, risk, and change management processes.
- Lead working packages relevant to the technical preparation, coordination, and management of the T&I scope tendering processes.
- Support standardization processes and initiatives across the Wind Advisory team, aiming to develop standard and modular technical requirements for the contracting of the T&I scope in international projects.
- Coordinate project developments in the bid and execution phases and support the preparation and coordination of documentation for offshore wind auctions and development phases.
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in the definition of strategies for the transport and installation of offshore wind farms.
- Knowledge of third-party software for operation simulations to find optimal solutions.
- Strong technical experience in the transport and installation of offshore projects.
- Excellent multitasking and flexibility skills.
