Program Overview
The Talent Acquisition Graduate Program is a 21-month rotation program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in Amazon's EMEA Stores Talent Acquisition Team. This program offers a unique opportunity to learn all aspects of talent acquisition and recruiting, working closely with experienced professionals and gaining hands-on experience in a real-world setting.
Key Responsibilities
As a Candidate Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches, ensuring a deep understanding of return on investment.
- Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Conducting in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
- Recommending ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine-tuning current processes to align with Amazon's mission.
As a Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Serving as the primary point of contact between the talent acquisition team and the operations team.
- Facilitating regular communication, collaboration, and alignment between the two teams.
- Understanding the strategic priorities and challenges of both teams and translating them to ensure effective coordination.
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting recruitment and operations data to identify trends, highlight successes, and uncover areas for improvement.
As a Full Lifecycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the full recruiting process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding for assigned roles and teams, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Leveraging various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and proactive outreach, to identify and engage a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to deeply understand position requirements, culture fit, and team dynamics, and providing strategic guidance on optimal candidate profiles and interview processes.
- Analyzing recruiting metrics, identifying trends and bottlenecks, and implementing data-driven process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting function.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication skills, organizational, and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.
- Business fluency (C1+) in English and French.
- Fluency in German, Italian, Polish, Spanish, Czech, or Slovak.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Economics, or a similar field.
