About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Engineer to join our Operations team at Coty, the largest Cosmetic Factory in Europe. As a Line Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, focusing on quality, efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement work procedures for the line, including startup and stoppages, changeover, product changes, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Ensure standardization with all operations personnel and identify center lining values per format and machine.
  • Monitor and analyze key indicators, such as rejection rates, OEE, breakdown analysis, timings, and wastage.
  • Identify and implement improvement proposals to eliminate basic causes of deviations, focusing on OEE, cost, quality, and security.
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to solve anomalies and participate in process improvements.
  • Lead training execution for personnel on the line and perform permanent visual management.
  • Ensure procedures involve safe behaviors in line operations and participate in the launch of new initiatives.

Requirements
  • Engineering degree
  • Previous experience of 2 years in a similar position in the Industrial sector (pharmacy, food, cosmetics, automotive)
  • Advanced user in office tools (Excel, PPT)
  • Analytical thinking
  • Great communication skills
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
