Treasure Supervisor

**Job Summary**

Grupo Aldesa, a leading construction company, is seeking a highly skilled Treasure Supervisor to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our company's financial assets and ensuring the smooth operation of our treasury functions.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Monitor and analyze our company's financial situation, providing recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Collaborate with our local treasure department to maintain accurate statistical information on funds, bank accounts, and other financial instruments.
• Assist our treasure leader in preparing regular reports on funds, bank accounts, guarantees, and loans.
• Participate in liquidity forecasting to ensure all major funds requests are considered during the process.
• Work with our treasure team to monitor collections and payments, and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, including forecasts for the next period.
• Develop advanced reminders for upcoming maturity dates, including bank debt, factoring, reverse factoring, promissory notes, and bonds.
• Be responsible for communication between projects and the treasure department to ensure information is adapted for beneficiaries and issuers.
• Collaborate with other colleagues and coordinate with banks to raise funds for our company.

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and Chinese, both verbal and written.
• At least 3 years of experience in a financing or treasure position, with the ability to handle multiple data and create Excel tables and reports.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• Good relationships with financial institutions in the local area are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with different teams and third-party organizations.
• Individual experience with SAP operations is a significant advantage.
• Acute sense of figures and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
